The venture capital investments made by Inspakt Technology Ventures are particularly high-risk in nature, as they involve early-stage companies with unproven business models and significant business, execution, and market risks.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@inspakttech.org. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receiving your notice.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, it shall be severed from these Terms. The validity and enforceability of all remaining provisions shall not be affected.
No waiver by Inspakt Technology Ventures of any term or condition in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inspakt Technology Ventures with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings with respect to that subject matter.
